Liked: Great location; friendly and very helpful staff.
Disliked: Well, just a little one - .the black out curtain on the Broadway side needs to be wider - the lights on the Stock Exchange blared!

Liked: Fantastic location,most attractions are just a stroll away.
Disliked: not much in house food/Drink options.Buffet breakfast was a good average but stay away from Weekend Breakfast Buffet!

Great location, awesome staff, stanky...

Liked: Fantastic location! The room was surprisingly quiet. Very cool view! Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy!
Disliked: The air freshener in lobby was so awful and overwhelming yuck!! The bathroom light was automatic and would shut off on you in the shower. And the depressed sheep in cages outside the elevators on room floors made us sad :-(

Met my expectations. My 4...

Liked: The central location next to Broadway and the Central Park, best breakfasts I ever had in US, attentive staff, cleanliness and regular room cleaning by default, modern and generously spaced rooms.
Disliked: I wish 4 star hotels like this could be rented for less than 300 dollars a night. :)

Liked: Location right in the middle of Times Square. Perfect.
Disliked: Door lock did not operate..had to be replaced due to low battery. Needed to go to check in desk 3 times to get it corrected. Outside windows needed cleaning. Bathroom lighting was not 100% operational. Expected more for the price paid.

Do not advice anyone to...

Liked: Location is amazing
Disliked: The hotel was not clean at all. Toilets and the carpet in the room is extremely dirty. The bed covers are supposed to be white but it loses its color and they are almost grey because of dirt. The hotel is extremely crouded and alot of noise but that is understandable and nothing to do about this. But all the rest of the problems we had is not acceptable at all.
