This was the best experience ever. Anything I requested was there immediately - the room service, wait staff, front door people - everyone was so very friendly and polite and made us feel special. Thank you so much. It was awesome!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay....

Liked: I did not get to try the breakfast. My husband did and he liked it.
Disliked: We noticed that housekeeping did not change our sheets for a couple of days. We saw a couple of stains on the sheets and could tell that they had not been changed.

Liked: Westly I think was his name was very helpful. He did not think we bothered him in any way. Was efficient in getting us checked in so we could get to the convention center before the registration closed there at3:00 on the 4th of July. Thanks!
Disliked: The food was a little pricey. We had dinner there twice. Our server was great.
