A good place to stay...
Liked: I liked the location. Just round the corner from Madame Tussaud’s and easy to get to by tube. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was very good.
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that the lift wasn’t working. I have problems with my mobility. There was a crack in the bathroom sink and a chipped enamel in the bath.

Do not go here
Disliked: Horrible, dirty, dated, it was a hot day and fan was useless. Kettle plug broken & dangerous. Very little sleep. Charging way too much for hostel conditions. Paid for 2 nights left after 1 -asked for refund was refused. Moved to better hotel with ac for same price

Good hotel
Liked: Location. Nice and clean with friendly staff.
Disliked: The lifts were out of order and we were on second floor. We had a pregnant woman and arthritic woman, so stairs were difficult.

Disliked: The room didn't have AC, only a fan. Even with the cold weather outside inside it was really hot. The bathroom was really old but clean. The stuff was nice and helped us with everything.

Extremely difficult and lots of...
Liked: There is nothing I liked other than courteous front desk
Disliked: Everything. Very difficult to climb two floors which really is 4th floor,]. Hotel does not have AC and room felt like oven and could not sit inside the room. Even reception place does not have fan or AC. Extremely poor facilities hotel.
