Liked: Location was convenient.
Disliked: There was no air conditioning. There appeared to be heat under the bathroom floor. Consequently, we had the floor fan on all throughout our two night stay. It was so very hot! Also noisy neighbour - rang reception who took the phone off the hook!

Liked: I requested special arrangements due to mobility but was given a basement room. After speaking to check-in, they resolved the issue, and we were given another room in the sister hotel a few doors away. This improved my faith in the hotel and how they were able to resolve the fact that they had not taken my special arrangements into account. I would still recommend this hotel for location to the hospital for an overnight stay.

Ok, but could have been...

Liked: Location was great for me. Bed was comfy and room was reasonable
Disliked: Breakfast was awful. Asked for scrambled egg on toast and received massively over cooked scrambled egg on plain toast. More of a breakfast selection would benefit the hotel.

Great for central London

Liked: Staff helpful, able to drop bag early, location
Disliked: Very hot room. Fan would have been helpful
