Very good
Liked: This is great value for money, especially for Marylebone. The room was very spacious, plenty of space for two people. The staff was incredibly polite. This was my second time visiting and it's been a great experience both times.
Disliked: Thr air conditioning was running very cold and we couldn't adjust the temperature. We had an issue with the shower drain clogging, but the staff got to the issue and fixed it very quickly.

Pleasantly surprised.
Liked: Great location, small but cosy rooms.Friendly reception and kitchen staff. Paid £10 per person breakfast, very good and appreciated was made fresh to order.
Disliked: Shower was outdated, not hot water. Old bath mat needs replaced.

A pleasant stay at Regency...
Liked: We had a lovely stay at Regency Parkside Hotel! I booked a twin and a tripple room for me and my family and we stayed for five nights. It was a nice little hotel on a quiet street just 100 meters from busy Marleybone Road and a few minutes walk to Baker Street with access to several busses and the underground. It took about 15 minutes to walk to Oxford Street and there were many shops, restaurants etc. available just 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. Madame Tussauds was just around the corner. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was available for £10. The rooms was quite small but nice and very clean. The lovely housekeeping and breakfast staff always greeted us with a smile, did an amazing job and made us feel welcome. We will definetly stay here again. Thank you Regency Parkside!
