Liked: This is my experience . A double room was booked for me at some £200+ I can’t remember . When I got there , there was no room. The staff scratched their heads not knowing what tell me what was the problem. I said you have no room right , he said yeah, but he says I have a single room. I said that’s not great but I assume you’ll reduce the price accordingly. He offered me a £17 discount for a students room that is not leave my dog in.He said it’s like the same as the small double , I said I only speak English , double has only one meaning , it. Means TWO and single means ONE, so please don’t tell me it’s the same as you’re insulting me. I Hated the place , hated the room more , if I owed that hotel and I’m in hospitality I’d not even ever rent such a crap room to anyone unless I felt sorry for a homeless person .Before I left the manager I assume it was , said I’ve been thinking and I’ll reduce the room to £150 I said thank you. I have not seen the credit come into my account .

Liked: A generous assortment of breakfast food. Nicely laid out. Clean breakfast room nicely furnished.
Disliked: There wasn’t anything to complain about. Reception staff and kitchen staff all very helpful.
