Exceptional
Liked: Hotels close to alot of things such as the station, restaurants, cinema and a shopping area. Staff were nice and friendly and rooms were comfortable and warm

Exceptional
Liked: Rooms was very clean and comfortable, staff was very nice and helpful. I liked the most you feel more like at home not the hotel room. Breakfast was lovely. Definitely would stay again 100

Clean, comfy room. Lovely staff.
Liked: The staff were lovely and helpful. The bed comfy. The room was small but ideal for a short stay. Room very clean. Suited me perfectly.

Perfect for our needs and...
Liked: Perfect location for Regents Park and Madame Tussauds and within a few minutes walk only from tube. Great cafes and restaurants nearby. The room was very cosy but a relatively big shower / toilet room was nice to have and the bed was really comfy.
Disliked: London prices are just unreasonable, too much for a small basic room, lobby area is very small, nowhere to just hang out in the hotel outside of room
