We would definitely stay at...

Liked: The hotel is a small typically British hotel. There was someone at the front desk all the time. There was a heat warning in London during our stay. The AC in this hotel was perfect. We had a bathtub with shower, so we were able to take a soak after returning from touring. It was a very clean room, the bed was comfortable and there was a small refrigerator. The room size was adequate. The location was on a quiet residential street but steps away from restaurants. You can walk to the Baker Street tube station. There was an inexpensive English breakfast available, with some continental selections. It was an excellent spot for the touring we were doing. We would definitely stay there again.
Disliked: The breakfast choices were limited, but the price was very good.

Adequate room for business trip....

Liked: The air conditioner was great during this heatwave. The bathroom was large and spotless. The staff were very helpful. The desk for working was ideal. Room was quiet and larger than average for London.
Disliked: The bed was lumpy, and was two twins pushed together rather than a proper double. The decor is tired.

Highly recommend it. Close to...

Liked: Big room, a double and a twin bed. This got changed on arrival as what we requested was a twin room, so this was a bonus. The bathroom was big.
Disliked: The sink was small.

Exceptional

Liked: We had the family room, very clean and extremely spacious! Located in a great spot close to the tube station, and some amazing cafes, we were lucky enough to even visit the farmers market on Sunday. Parking in the area was great, Euro car parks for 5mins walk away. Staff at the hotel were helpful.

Really recommend it if you...

Liked: Everything was exceptionally clean! The staff was very friendly and helpful, they made everything easier for us. This area of London is very nice. It was also very silent. Bathroom is also quite good, better in person than in the images in my opinion. No smell issues either. Overall I strongly recommend this hotel.
Disliked: The only issue with this place is how small the rooms are. We had only one luggage so it was alright for us, but if you have more than one big bag it'd be really difficult to fit in. We didn't have any window views but we didn't mind it.

Good

Liked: good location for Work - 10 minute walk, plus also a run round Regents Park in the Evening. Good value compared to general price, especially when they all go through the roof. Fairly basic, but clean bathroom and comfortable bed.
