Very good value for money...

Liked: Very well located close to the underground station Baker Street. Small rooms but good enough for 1-2 nights. Nothing fancy at all but Very good value for money compared to very high London prices.
Disliked: Small rooms, no water, minimalistic

Liked: Nothing could not wait to leave booked for 2 nights and stayed for one.
Disliked: The room was so small that you couldn’t swing a cat in it, it was like faulty towers.

Hotel was clean with helpful...

Liked: One night stay prior to my husband having surgery at Princess Grace Hospital.Very convenient for the hospital, staff very helpful, room clean and comfortable bed.
Disliked: The room was rather small bearing in mind we had a wheelchair but it was on the ground floor for which we were verygrateful. Room was rather dark with only brick wall outside the window.

Stayed one night in a...

Liked: Stayed in a twin room. It was big enough that we both had space to store our things and move about. The ensuite bathroom was decently sized, and had a small ledge over the sink to store toiletries. The room temperature was nice and the noise level was minimal. The Check-in and Check-out process was very smooth and there were no issues or complications. The hotel location is near two underground stations, some restaurants and fast-food places, and a 20 min walk from Oxford Street.
Disliked: (Very minor things) There weren't any face towels, so we had to use the hand towels. I would recommend guests bring their own just in case. There is only one bedside table, situated between the beds, and it is incredibly easy to knock things off of it by accident in the night due to how close it is to the beds.We were woken up quite early due to the noise. I assume from staff setting up the dining hall, by the clattering and sound of moving furniture.

Very good

Liked: Central location and access to bars and restaurants. Friendly staff and very helpful
Disliked: Nothing to dislike at all . We had the small double room which was indeed compact, but the price was low so you get what you pay for . I think the condiments could be a upgraded..only McVities do digestives !
