Scammed by the hotel staff....

Liked: The hotel is fine. But the staff lied to us and scammed us.
Disliked: We asked reception to order a taxi, emphasising that we want a licensed taxi that accepts a car. We repeated these requests and were assured by the staff that they would be met. We were shocked to learn that a relative or a friend of the staff, using a non-licensed private car, had come to pick my mother up from the airport. The driver was rude, and we were shocked that the hotel staff would deceive us in this manner.

Nice room

Liked: Lovely large, comfortable, clean, carpeted basement room with air conditioning, nice big sofa, and bath/shower room (though no desk if you need to work).
Disliked: The hotel manager was on a speaker phone call at the small reception desk when we arrived. He ignored us and carried on with his call. Customer service could be improved!
