Great location, good value for...

Liked: Perfect location, few minutes walk from Hyde park, tube stations, bus stops. Staff very friendly.Room clean.
Disliked: Room size and amenities can be improved (e.g. slippers, shower cap, etc)

Disappointing considering the cost to...

Liked: The location is excellent, beautiful streets and a central location. The presentation of the room was immaculate - everything was very well presented and looked welcoming. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good with lots of different options including fresh fruit and various baked goods.
Disliked: Sadly, most other things were negative. For £300 a night, I would have expected better - I know it is London but the price is extortionate for the level of experience. The main issue is the room is tiny - you can barely get into the toilet and there’s hardly any space around the beds. Only 2 of our group of 3 came in the end and thank god as it would have been so cramped with 3 people in there. It was really noisy during the early hours of the morning - constant doors opening and closing and the sound of machines whirring, presumably because we were above the kitchen. Despite how immaculately presented the rooms were, there were some ants crawling about which I assume is down to the building being very old rather than cleanliness but still not ideal to see. For £300 a night it would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the room. The hotel was also extremely hot when we arrived. The single bed was pretty uncomfortable and I woke up sore. It is a shame as the staff are so nice and the location is perfect, but for the price I would not go back again. If the price was reduced considerably, I would be happy to stay again for 1 night, but the level of cost gave the illusion that it would be better than it was.

Liked: Great spot, tons of places to eat nearby. The hotel looks newly done. The staff were super nice and got our room ready early – we got there sooner than planned. Having USB-C by the bed is fantastic!
Disliked: Unfortunately, the room was smaller than expected, but it is minor.

Liked: Great Hotel! The room and the bathroom was clean and look just like in the pictures. It was a small room and bathroom but for us was great. The receptionist was very nice.
