Physically agressive and rude manager,...

Disliked: Completely unprofessional, rude and agressive staff. We had an issue with a booking we were trying to discuss with the reception staff, and the manager there started shouting at us. While we were trying to have a calm, rational conversation we were asking the manager to please calm down. To which he walked around the counter and started pushing my friend and hitting him on the shoulder !It is completely unacceptable to physically assault guests in a Motel when they are only trying to have a civilised conversation.While leaving the next morning we saw the manager and asked him for an apology for his actions and said that we really felt unsafe and disturbed by his actions. After acknowledging his actions he refused to apologise.The room itself was a below average motel room, with no shower curtain or ventilation in the bathroom. There was a stain on one of the towels and the general state of the room was unclean and the fan was doing weird clicking noises.I definitely could not recommend anyone to stay there, having an utterly rude and physically aggressive manager is not ok.
