Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Had to get bolt cutters to get into our room.

Red Roof Inn was perfect for us. Quiet and close to the venue for the show!

Liked: Room was clean. Fast check in. No problems.
Disliked: Nope.

Disliked: People are nice, however the bed sheets were not changed. Almost slept in dry urine - have pictures to prove. All I was offered was to change rooms, I was so disgusted I decided to stay elsewhere, where they make sure the sheets are changed!

The worst experience I have...

Liked: No hot water and the manager was extremely rude and would let me talk when I complain about the room
Disliked: The manager and no hot water

Liked: They wouldn’t let us check in
Disliked: They didn’t let us check in @2am because they said check in time was @3pm but I got an email where it said check in time was from 12am-12am, I was in a city where I don’t live with my family in the middle night nowhere to stay!

Liked: Comfortable beds. Air conditioning was amazing. Lady at front desk was kind and professional.
Disliked: Dirty floors. Even though bed was comfortable the comforter was stained. Hallway smells like urine. We had a reservation for 4 people and only 2 towels were left in the bathroom. Has been 4 days since stay and property has not returned security deposit.

Liked: The location was great, me and my family were very comfortable, lots of shops, restaurants and gas stations nearby
Disliked: Ice machine was broken on our floor but there was one 2 floors down so not a deal breaker
