Liked: It was clean simple and easy check in and out. Okay considering the price. I was just very thankful the rooms were clean.
Disliked: Pillowd were so flat and beds were uncomfortable. New beds and pillows would make a big difference. I didn't expect to much because the price was so low but definitely the pillows need to be replaced. I never stayed at a hotel with flat pillows even my 7 yr old complained about the pillows for two days after.

Liked: The room was clean and the location was central to highways, and not far by car from downtown. Accepts pets.
Disliked: Check-in was slow, staff were unfriendly. Not a particularly positive clientele. Beds were uncomfortable and the room didn't even offer a coffeemaker, you had to go to the so-called lobby.

Liked: I have stayed at this location dozens of times over the past few decades. The location is great, it is clean, comfortable, and pet-friendly. It has generally been a better value than other chains.
Disliked: The first pet is free, but there was a $15 fee for the second pet that was undisclosed at the time of booking. I only found out about it when checking in, after I had pre-paid for the reservation. That amounted to a 25% increase in the price of the booking, and I could have done better elsewhere (e.g. the Motel 6 down the road).
