Disliked: Horrible room. No fridge or microwave as advertised. No coffee in the morning as advertised. Nothing. It was also the most expensive stay of the month for me. A hotel for $20 cheaper was far superior to this hellhole. I will NEVER book here EVER AGAIN.

Good room but room temp...

Liked: Room cleanliness was good. Desk staff was polite. Location is highly convenient to many things such as dining options, shopping, fun and leisure activities. Best of all my room rate was very affordable and an excellent value for what was received in return.
Disliked: Everything was clean. I was comfortable for the most part. But for some reason I couldn't get the heat settings to raise the temperature in the room. When I wasn't resting with the bed covers tucked around me, the room stayed sort of chilly for my comfort. Plus, it snowed overnight during my stay. Such a cool room temp would probably be appealing to some people. But for me, it would have been more relaxing if I had been able warm the room more.
