I really think if they’re...

Disliked: I booked two rooms through booking paid in advance when we arrived we were charged a $200 deposit which was never told to us before the room was filthy. We had roaches in the bathroom holes in the wall when the kids took a bath and went to get on the bed their feet were black. It took us four days to get our deposit back.

Disliked: This place is disgusting … really does America have some sanitary inspection or some department that should inspect the hotels or they just got money in their pockets and close their eyes? This place is like a dumpster , it runs by ppl from India ( yep too many hotels they run) so they make it looks like an India , maybe by Indian standards this is royal castle but by the other ppl standards (not from the 3rd world country) it’s nothing but mess
