All in all, it was...

Liked: The room was clean and it had a humidifier and a microwave which some hotels don’t accommodate.
Disliked: Even though the room had a humidifier, you could still smell a slight strange odor in the room mostly coming from the bathroom. The disability seat that was in the walk-in shower was broken with blue tape securing the seat to the shower wall. They put a regular chair in the shower to use instead. Paid for three adults but the room was only accommodated for two so had to get extra stuff to accommodate the third party.

The room was perfect for...

Liked: The room was spacious and the sheets/ bedding were clean.
Disliked: Pool was green and closed. There was milk from a previous guest in the fridge. There was a strange smell in the room.

Disliked: We were in a room with a shower for disabled people and the only concern was the water went on the bathroom floor that we had to clean up after we took a shower.

Liked: Room clean, staff very friendly.
Disliked: There was a pink sledge on the caulking in the shower and trim tile falling out.

Liked: The front desk staff was friendly, even if they could not understand my name or find our reservation.
Disliked: Our shower gel was completely out, then the desk staff didn’t know how to refill it. There was poop smeared on the wall next to the toilet, random hairs in the bed, boogers smeared on the walls next to the elevator, and the “breakfast” was abysmal. The bed was like sleeping on army cot… actually an army cot would have been more comfortable.
