Look elsewhere

Liked: Location is fine
Disliked: 1/2 of lights did not work in main room and bathroom. Put into room with known snake alarm battery issue Police evicted someone and was out on curb. No water glasses in room. Had to ask for plastic cups

Unpleasant but affordable.

Liked: No breakfast. Room was very noisy. Fridge had a loud thumping nose like compressor was going out. Unplugged to sleep. But noise from room above and next to laundry room.
