Red Roof Inn & Suites Chestertown

Liked: It was close to where we needed to be, not just another pile of hotels off of the interstate.
Disliked: A little more attention to details. The room needs some minor repairs.

Liked: Room was on the first floor and what i reserved. Arrived late and was checked into my room rather quickly and wasnt bothered to check out even though i over slept.
Disliked: They did not serve breakfast although said they did online

Liked: The staff was very friendly, and my room was very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: This is more of a request for all hotels. I wish there was a way that I could be assured that the tips I give actually get to the housekeeper who prepared my room, especially on those occasions when I only stay one night and never meet the housekeeper.

Liked: Ease to book and location
Disliked: Cleanliness, pool closed, old and rundown. Needs to be completely remodeled, bathroom door would not shut

Disliked: The room seemed very worn. The couch appeared filthy. Wallpaper and kickboard were peeling off the wall. Linen was clean but pillows were heavily used and need to be replaced. There were no tissues in the hotel room or bathroom.

Liked: Our room was very clean. The staff were wonderful. I will be coming back as a repeat customer when I visit family in the area. Thank you!
