Liked: Room was clean.
Disliked: Had to let water run 7 minutes before water got hot.

We found the hotel met our needs. It was clean and close to a number of good restaurant choices.

Liked: The courtyard with pool was pleasant.
Disliked: A little further from Skippers than we expected.

Liked: I was given the choice to pay or pay at the property. A charge in the amount of $220.19, I called both the Hotel and the Company because the charge was done immediately after the call when I was told that nothing would be charge. They both point fingers at each other. The hotel says booking.com is responsible and booking.cam is saying that the hotel is. I canceled the reservation but now they both are refusing to refund my account.
Disliked: Not trustworthy, customer service skills, empathy, just plain liars.

Disliked: It has no elevator, neither tv worked the room wasn't cleaned properly had left over socks on the floor, something plastic in the corner of the shower, the room had dust on the lamp shades, no breakfast like it stated everything was HORRIBLE
