Disliked: TV - remote did not match! Remote not include functions listed on TV - COULD NOT SELECT MOVIES/PAY PER VIEW (bad for YOUR business too!), had to operate channel selection from back of TV. Basic channels not come in (NBC, CBS, others) -odd

Liked: My pets stayed for free!!! I was surprised to see how quite it was.The staff was very helpful! Thank you!

Disliked: I was a corner room and would have liked a microwave and refrigerator in the room. This particular room did not have one. My associate's room did have both refrigerator and microwave.

Liked: This is a dangerous location it's located on a dark road off the main street drug dealers and drugged out people hanging around outside the building. I was afraid to get out the car or leave our new truck in the parking lot we left and got a room somewhere else and now we are requesting a refund. The picture online of the building is not how the the property looks it's rundown and tacky total false advertisement
Disliked: I never went in the hotel do to activities going on outside the building and the type of people hanging around the building I was afraid to get out of the car. The building is run down and tacky we were forced to find a room somewhere else.

Liked: Leaving after checking out, the staff were friendly
Disliked: Place didnt feel secure! Felt on edge, deadbolt didnt work.The first room we got the smoke alarm was beeping as the battery was running low, we informed front desk, who moved us to another room- the smoke alarm had been ripped out in this one!In our friends room the phone handset was disconnected from the keypad, the toilet wouldnt flush, he was moved room and there was no phone at all!We were informed that the maintainence man had went home for the day, we believe this day was in 2019. Staff were apologetic but i would say this apology has been repeated an infinite amount of times.In summary this place is a death trap, a disgrace and makes me wary of using bokking.com

Don't stay here

Liked: Very difficult to find with car GPS sending us to Granite City instead of St Louis, the dates were wrong reserved for 4/30 - 5/1, no remote for TV, non working, one bed very obviously remade with same bedding, bathtub had hair around drain and had to call desk to have smoke alarm fixed due to constant loud chirping at 1:30 AM.Red Roof Inn in Erie PA was an absolute pleasure, NOT St Louis!

Disliked: room 117 had bed bugs told the front desk and also showed them a photo. They didnt offer me another room or even offer to compensate me, all they did was tell me they had to call out echo lab to confirm. Ended up checking out 4 hours early.
