Liked: I'm still waiting for refund and a return call from hire management

Liked: I've reported the mistreatment to booking com as well as red roof inn with 0 apology or refund. This was not a great experience and they need to treat disabled individuals better. I was in their facility no more than 2.5 hrs the desk person was awful
