Liked: convenient to highway.
Disliked: Beyond rude and discourteous desk person. We did not have a smoke detector in the room. We called the front desk from our own phone because the room did not have one. We were told quite rudely that no, we were not getting a smoke alarm or a different room with one. There was no detector to be had because they all been stolen. And then a hang up. We left to find supper and our options. When we returned a smoke detector had been installed. We did stay but will never go there again. We had stopped two years ago and it was a great place. I’m sorry to see it decline so.

Liked: Medical trip. Room was not truly HC accessible. Manager was rude.
Disliked: Attitude of manager who told me to stop calling the office. I kept calling because the room was nit HC accessible, toilet didn't flush properly, promised "snack box" was not there, needed toilet paper, needed medical assistance (had to call paramedics myself when basic first aid supplies from office would have worked), my foot was cut by something sharp on the floor and it took hours for housekeeping to vacum so it didn't happen again, bloody sheets were changed w/in an hour but vacuming not until all other rooms were cleaned. Needed extra towels and soaps, towels came but not soap. Housekeeper was friendly as was mamager's son. They tried to make things right, but manager kept hanging up on me when I called the office, then said to stop calling. Rude and uncaring hiw the motel is kept.
