Won’t make that mistake again.

Liked: The lobby looked decent.
Disliked: Literally everything but the lobby. Had to wait at the front desk for over a half an hour to check in. There was nobody at the desk. In the room, the drawers of the dresser would not stay closed. There was an empty pot underneath the air conditioner. Between the carpet and the tile floor in the bathroom, they had it duct taped. There was no TV service at all. I called them the front desk and asked, they said that their service was out at the moment and they were trying to get it back. Never worked the whole time we were there. I don’t know for sure, but I would say that they didn’t pay their cable bill. The window treatments were ripped and torn in many spots. I’ve stayed in quite a few shady places in my time. This one was by far the absolute worst. 0/10

Liked: Comfortable bed hot showers
Disliked: Room was not available at 3pm had to wait until after 4. No towels or wash cloths. When we asked for these items we were given towels and hand towels. Asked again for wash cloths and desk blamed housekeeping we received 1 wash cloth. Party of 3. TV did not work all weekend especially inconvenient traveling with kids. No smoking policy however, the entire floor smelled like marijuana every day. When I spoke to staff about these issues I was stared at dead faced. No apologies, absolutely no response given. Didn't even fake concern or empathy.

Lying theives!

Liked: Reservations made a reservation…property did not have the room available 2 months ago when I showered up and told me to walkup the next day to get the same room. They charged me the 1 night cancellation rate and I am still struggling with them to get my $59.65 refund.
Disliked: They stole my money and are bouncing me back and forth to avoid refunding it.
