Liked: Nothing but I didn't see any bugs. Room had a big hairball in corner and what looked like dried blood on the sheets. No change machine to use washer and dryer. Staff said they had no change

Disliked: The fact that I made a reservation weeks ahead of time to get to the property and be told they couldn't accommodate me because they had no rooms! I then had to book another hotel through a link that your company sent me that cost me an extra $328 dollars over double what my original reservation was.

Liked: Not a whole lot
Disliked: I reserved a room 3 months ago - December 2024 - with 2 beds. We get there & he doesn't have that because "we are so busy, we gave it away". I was only given the option of a "king or go somewhere else". The guys in front of me were told the same thing & they had a reservation also. Shear curtains were SHREDDED, curtains had brownish red spots all over them -the wall too - looked like blood. Frig ran the whole time but was NEVER cold - actually so warm it felt like an oven. I went to talk to host and he brushed me off and said it would be fine. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

Friendly reception staff, but maybe...

Liked: The staff was friendly.
Disliked: Filthy bedding… stains on the sheets and pillows. These stains included cigarette burn marks on the pillow cases. Blood stains could be seen on and around the toilet. I also found a German cockroach in the bathroom. There was clear duck tape on the top of the curtains and blue painting tape on the floor door jamb to the bathroom. There was a stale cigarette smoke smell in the room and a noticeable odor of marijuana in the elevator. One could also observe some very shady clientele on extended stay…
