Disliked: I had to wait 3 hours for my room because the system was down. Then I had to rebook the room which meant I had to pay for the same room twice

Disliked: Everything. Felt like I was going to be kidnapped and sex trafficked was being followed around ... felt so unsafe and didn't even get a message in return about it. Felt like staff was apart of the whole thing they gave me a room with no locks the only one on the entire floor like that then the person following us kept going to the office and talking with them after following us from the office in there white van all the way down to our parking spot. Then they continued to walk back and forth to the office and wait hiding by the stair way.. we stayed in the car for over a hour and a half until my brother came.I also don't know why these reviews say clean there were bugs everywhere and dog poop

Liked: It was clean. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good
