Last time we would ever...

Disliked: Room was dirty and we had to have it cleaned after we arrived and had to stay in that room after they refused to change our room.

Desk Clerk was not friendly

Liked: Had to wait for the Manger to help me with getting into my room
Disliked: The person at the desk turned me around twice, stating that there was no room available. After I booked the room. Almost left out .Then I decided to call booking.com to get my refund. The number I called went straight to the manager phone and he related to the desk clerk that it was 3 rooms ready. After all that, I still had to wait 20 minutes because the clerk was too busy to help me.

Liked: Not a single thing.
Disliked: Incredibly unclean. TV didn’t work. Lights didn’t work.

Liked: The location is convenient for me that's all.
Disliked: The room was supposed to have a fridge and microwave, it had neither. There were roaches in the room as well. I went to open the door from the inside amd the door handle came off making it very difficult to get the door open amd tike consuming as well.
