I didn't stay.

Liked: I had cancelled this reservation and substituted an alternative hotel with the website. I was disappointed to discover that they denied my cancellation and charged me for the stay. When I protested they refused.
Disliked: They could have honored their cancellation policy and refunded my payment.

Liked: Nice staff, comfortable bed
Disliked: Pillows were tiny and lumpy. There was a container for body wash in the shower, but it had never been filled.

Liked: Nothing good to say other than the location.
Disliked: Nothing in the room was clean other than the towels. Filthy bathroom, dirt in the tub, sink and on all surfaces. There was garbage in a corner and in the drawers. The bed frame was broken and one corner of the mattress was resting on the floor! I had to MacGyver something to sleep on a flat surface.It was too late to find another hotel and I would have slept in the car if it had been safe.
