Terrible

Liked: No damm breakfast that they offered nor there was no cups completly out and no coffee this was worst experience ever, front entrance had garbage bags and cigarette butts everywhere from when we came to the time we left
Disliked: Are room was dirty the carpet was filthy in our room and I had mascaras on my pillow from another patron before us

Liked: The smaller very clean and very nice. The only downfall is the elevator broke down this morning. And I can't hardly walk up and down stairs

Disliked: Checking into my room only to find out someone is already in it. Got room switched but should have gotten a free night considering I was staying a week. Finding out prostitution and sex trafficking happens there.

Disliked: - no maid service- room (214) stunk with tobacco smoke- badly worn carpet and stains to walls, bathroom countertop- stained sheets- ice machine out of order, elevator out of order for 1 day, key card failed after 1 day- shady looking characaters walking around the facility late at night
