Disliked: The “computer” chair in the room was put together wrong. My son set in the chair as soon as we got there and he was hooking up his monitor and leaned back and fell out of the chair. He hurt his elbow and head pretty bad. He flipped the chair over to see what may have happened (my son is 26 by the way) and realized the chair was put together wrong. Instead of leaning back, as most computer chairs or desk chairs do, this one leaned forward. Needless to say he took the chair to the front desk to explain what happened the next morning and the front desk guy was very rude and threatened to call the police on him. He just wanted the guy to know that the chairs needed to be fixed so that no one would get hurt. Sad. He asked for corporates number and the desk guy gave him a card, lo and behold it was his number! We had to look up the number to make a complaint. Ridiculous.

Good value with cold breakfast.

Liked: Room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room was relatively quiet for being next to the highway.
Disliked: Breakfast was the only disappointment. Cold breakfast selections (muffins and pastries in plastic), fruit, and yogurt. Fortunately, the coffee was great.

Disliked: The fragrance/odor in our room was so overpowering that I was ill thereafter. Permeated everything, including pillowcases. We felt trapped. We opened our door, turned air conditioner to "fresh air," but did not dilute the room freshener. Felt toxic. Even the dog got sick.
