Disliked: The room was nasty, dirty, electrical outlets didn’t worked, paint was different colors Also, no ice bucket, coffee maker(as mentioned in amenities)Actual room looked nothing like the pics online

Liked: The two ladies that work up front. They were nice
Disliked: The Jamaican man was rude and the room he put us in was sooo bad. And I tried to change rooms but I had to wait on the manager who never came

Disliked: They had me and my sister changed room three times because the first room, one of the bed was broke, the second room was nasty and wasn't clean up and we finally got another room it was ok but the tv didn't come on.

I will never stay here...

Disliked: It was horrible. It was dirty. It was nasty. It was noisy.

The staff was awesome but...

Liked: The front desk staff was very helpful. He was courteous and kind.
Disliked: The place really needs updating... The room was clean as clean as possible... There were stains of mold in the shower. There was a bloody handprint behind the door which I have a picture of. One of the drawers was missing out of the nightstand and one side of the bed was totally unusable. Luckily I booked a king so we were able to stay.

Disliked: The front desk guy told us we didn’t have a reservation and shut the window on us and was extremely rude.
