Perfect for a night away...

Liked: I like this hotel. It’s a good location, lovely bar and restaurant. Friendly staff and very quiet at night.

Interesting but hardly relaxing

Liked: The staff and food were excellent. However, you appear to have attempted to attract a different clientele to what we had expected.On the first night at around 12.15 am the adjoining occupants in room 21 mistakenly attempted to access our room (Room 22) presumably because they were drunk. They then preceded to indulge in activity which disturbed our sleep. Perhaps a review of the sound insulation might be helpful?On the second night the fire alarm was activated after midnight requiring our evacuation of our room to the car park dressed only in our night ware. We were informed that the enthusiastic use of smoke at the 18th birthday party that evening by the DJ was the cause!We will not be returning!Damian Comerford
