Liked: Room clean and very good bedding, staff couldn't do enough for us, good menu and excellent breakfast, all round very pleased.
Disliked: 5th visit found good.

Wouldn’t stay again

Liked: The property is situated in a good location for ramsbottom and the motorway links
Disliked: The bedroom was uncomfortably hot, and the only way to cool it down was to open the windows which hardly made a difference. The traffic noise aswell as the extreme heat meant we was awake most of the night and hardly slept at all.

Nice Hotel good value

Liked: Good parking, nice clean modern looking hotel with friendly staff from reception to restuarant Unfourtunately I missed breakfast I overslep so cant comment but if it was good as evening meal i'm sure it was good. rooms were well appointed clean and with good amenties.
Disliked: Nothing I can add here
