Red Hall Hotel

Lovely clean hotel and great...

Liked: Dinner and Breakfast were both excellent
Disliked: Our room was smaller than our other travel companions! We had a travel cot in our room which left the room a little cramped! Ideally we should of been given the bigger room as we had the travel cot and a pram plus our luggage

Liked: The food was amazing in the restaurant. The room was nice and spacious and clean. Couldn't fault anything.

Lovely hotel ideally situated

Liked: Lovely comfortable rooms and outside area. The breakfasts were tasty and plentiful, as was the evening meal. The hotel is ideally situated, close to Ramsbottom and to good bus routes , motorway and vintage railway.Bury town centre with its plentiful shops and attractions is only a couple of miles away. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Disliked: Though very comfortable, the rooms look a bit tired and could do with updating.The service in the restaurant was a little slow in the evening but otherwise excellent.

Bad reception staff

Liked: The gentleman on the reception was extremely rude and made us feel not welcome at that point we left and took our custom to The Village hotel in Bury

Liked: Excellent customer service . Very friendly staff . Lovely location. Breakfast was very good
Disliked: Didn't sleep that well. Bathroom niggles plug in bath not working properly. Radiator not working but heater was in room which was satisfactory . Breakfast is lovely and well cooked and served to your table. Food in restaurant mixed. Daughters risotto had to be sent back it was shocking but they did resolve by making another meal and not charging for it.
