Good value basic stay!

Liked: Friendly staff and a clean room. Bed was quite comfortable. The bar was good. All the basics were good.
Disliked: The room was very hot and it was impossible to open the window because of road noise. A fan was provided though. Breakfast was expensive at £11 each so we didn't have it but it looked ok. Pillows weren't very comfortable.

Liked: Easy check in, late at night, and room was fine. Would have appreciated the ability to get an alcoholic drink at the bar but other than that no complaints.

Disliked: Poor performance by house keeping. Hotel room dirty, hair from previous occupant in shower, room not made up despite hanging "please make up room" carpets were dirty, with stains looked like an old pub carpet not and hotel! Room safe was in a stupid place!!!!
