Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The hotel smelled. We left for a short time and upon returning our keys did not work. I went to the front desk and was told we were checked out shortly after we checked in. Front desk was not professional in appearance nor attitude. There was an event held at this location and the surrounding areas. We were not informed of this prior to booking the stay. Tents were set up around the hotel parking lot reducing the ability for guests to park without ending up in a tow away zone.

As soon as we opened the door there was a thick musty mildew smell filling the room. Opening the window and running the fan did nothing to ventilate or air out the smell. The cause of the smell was most likely from the wet carpet, so soaking wet my shoes squeaked and slid across the floor. Luckily we were there for a concert and hardly had to stay in the room which we told the front desk about and only said they would have maintenance look at it.

Liked: Somewhat close to downtown. Close to metro. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Noisy. Sliding window were old single pane and did not block out the street noise, and there was quite a bit. Garbage truck coming at 6am and noisy. No elevator for 2nd floor. Felt secure but felt like a prison with the gates. Jacuzzi was not open during the posted open hours.

Disliked: room was dirty. stains on bedspreads, a live roach in the bathroom. there was a very bright light outside our slider door that stayed on all night and the shades didn’t help, so it was very hard to sleep.

Liked: What a horrible experience!!! I am NEVER using your website again to book a hotel!!!! Stayed in a horrible hotel with HuGE cockroaches and spiders and NO HOT WATER AT ALL. plus TV in 1 of the 2 rooms did not work!!! After complaining for over 20 mins on phone with Abegail (from booking.com) and front desk clerk I was told that I would only get a $27 refund !!!!!! WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Front desk clerk also said those cockroachs were called pipe roaches and that the hotel was old and had reversed plumbing in half the rooms. So the roaches and spiders were normal!!!!!!!!!

Not satisfied

Disliked: The door to my girls’ room didn’t lock automatically which to me is dangerous. I did let staff know when we left. The handle to our room was really loose like it was going to fall apart. We had to wait 10 minutes for the check in clerk to get back from wherever she was. In the morning I went to the check in desk twice, once to ask where the bathrooms are and once to tell them about the broken lock on the door, and both times I had to ring the bell because no one was at the desk. Also, when we arrived, several people were at the desk for the 3rd time to get their room keys to work. My room key worked the 1st time but then quit working.
