Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Marco Polo Beach Resort

I would not tell people to stay here, even though the price was affordable.

Liked: The staff was excellent at all points of interaction - very friendly, helpful and informed.
Disliked: The room was really in poor condition. The bathroom needs a complete overhaul. The light above the table was disconnected. One of the floor lamps did not work. The television was hooked up to an extension cord that was dangling below it in plain view and looked very amateur. The TV also was very difficult to figure out; an instruction card would be helpful. At some point in the evening, the second floor had a flood. When I tried to walk out of my room, I almost tripped over some dirty blankets that were rolled up on themselves immediately outside my door and blocking the hallway leading to the elevator - no one in sight, either. Also, the lobby had overflowing garbage.

Disliked: Bathroom no ventilation, slipped on floor after shower hurt my back, nothing was close to hotel had to walk 2-4 miles to get good

A great location that needs...

Liked: The hotel is in a great location. The beach is nearby, there is a parking lot (paid), good transport accessibility, pets friendly
Disliked: The equipment of the rooms leaves much to be desired. For the most part, everything is old. The beds are small. If you are used to sleeping in the same bed with your husband, it will be cramped.

Disliked: Elevator took forever waited 20 to 30 minutes to get on one. Housekeeping didn’t leave clean towels, not toilet paper when cleaning the room

Disliked: It’s far from everything. It was outdated and dirty. They lost water which caused us to miss an excursion we had planned with the kids. No phone call nothing . Couldn’t flush the toilet or shower over 3 hours. It was horrible
