Almost everything else. When I first walked in there was a jackhammer in the lobby, no explanation or apology. I did ask about the shuttle to uptown as this is why I picked this hotel. I was told it would not take us uptown although advertized it would. I had to spend extra money for outside shuttle. When I got to the room there was no water, the phone service didn't work. So I went back to the lobby to report problem and was told it was being worked on. The staff I encountered was not helpful at all.

Liked: The bed and pillows were good.
Disliked: Entering hotel; no water; strong chemical smell in room; difficult to access room. Advertisement was extremely misleading.

Liked: The rooms were nice bed was comfortable
Disliked: Only one towel and rag in the room. The security guard racially profiled my boyfriend. I don’t know if it was because of how he was dressed and everyone else was dolled up he was followed all the way up to our room and he had the room key. I watched and waited then went into the room after the guard left. He then came back and knocked on the door and asked if we were smoking marijuana in the room but looked surprised to see me come to the door. Didn’t knock on any other doors just left. You could hear him walking back and forth by the room

Liked: Beds were comfortable. Price. Ice water offered in lobby was nice.
Disliked: Shady area. We were so worried about leaving our car alone in the parking lot that my husband even went and talked with the parking lot security guard and asked to keep an eye on our car. Halls smelled of marijuana. Saw the biggest cockroach I have ever seen on the floor in the first floor hallway. It was picked up fairly quickly when staff was alerted. Gentleman’s club located directly across the parking lot. Back of building is fenced off, I’m assuming, to keep riffraff out. Bathtub took about 1/2 to drain after a quick shower. No signage to find correct hotel. We finally went into one and had to ask front desk staff which hotel was the correct one.

Need a new manger

Liked: The manger check us in and then said no one should of checked us in with a chime card and she the one who did it its been a week and the refund has not being received
Disliked: That I got to sleep in a bed I'm homeless and work 8 hour shifts
