Beautiful place and helpful staff

Liked: All of the staff was so friendly and helpful …housekeeping offered anything we could need ..all staff seemed happy

Liked: The hotel was in a great location. Staff were friendly. The pool area was nice. The pool towels need to be replaced. The hotel rooms, hallways, elevator and exterior needs to be updated. Parking was available at a decent price. The food was okay. Didn’t enjoy the hidden fees.
Disliked: The rooms need to be updated.

Liked: Pretty, close to beach. Affordable
Disliked: Bars in reset closed at 5 or 10. All pools closed at night. So by ten you have to leave to find fun

Disliked: The breakfast buffet was not worth it. The pool could have been warmer. The ocean was warmer than the pool.

It was the worst hotel...

Liked: The location of my room was terrible (room 2000).
Disliked: Our room was horrible. The bathroom door wouldn’t fully open or fully close. Two people could not fit in the bathroom at the same time. The room smelled. we were scheduled to stay there one week and left after one night. They charged us $374 for that one night.
