When I walked into the room, I was shocked at how unclean it seemed. It looked like the carpet hadn't been vaccumed, the tv had bad reception, the faucet in the dining area barely had any pressure. The outside looked neglected with weeds growing everywhere. It seemed very old and outdated and run down. Even though we had a smoker's room, I thought they could have at least tried to spray some air freshener. I was unhappy with the room. The staff however was very polite.

Very clean. Pleasant staff. When told staff about the problems with my room, they upgraded for no extra charge.

Disliked: Charged $100 deposit on top of room cost that wasn't expected and should've been put back on my card. Had family emergency so I wasn't there more than 3 hours so the room wasn't even dirty. I will not be returning

Disliked: Indoor pool was closed for maintenance, not advertised on site. Breakfast was very limited, waffles were the only hot item available. Other guests were very loud, walls were paper thin. Felt run down and not well maintained.3

Liked: The breakfast was great the in room lil kitchen was nice.
Disliked: I got room to take my grandkids to hang out and swim in pool but pool was closed for repairs .But they helped fix my booking and where very understanding. They offer to let me cancel the entire booking but I stayed one night since we where there.

Disliked: Smelled, microwave could put a plate in it because it was so old. Brian stains in tub, comforter had multiple stains. Ive chest on3rd floor removed but the pipe open and a mast plunger next to them.

Disliked: Pool was closed for renovations. This should have been disclosed because that was the search filter that led us to select the hotel.There were burns in the carpet.

Disliked: Everything dirty run down. The breakfast was terrible. Coffee lukewarm and the urn full of grounds. Stated online they had a pool got there and is closed. Got out of the elevator and and was immediately hit by sewer smell. Asked if we could check in two hours early had to pay ten dollars an hour. Water stains on the ceiling. Floor creeked chunks of wall missing. They have a lot of nerve charging what they do.
