Ramada Encore Leicester

Had everything I required - toiletries, towels and refreshments; very clean; worth more stars than given and reception very friendly and helpful.

Liked: Everything.
Disliked: Nothing.

Excellent hotel for visiting Morningside Arena. The room was clean but basic and excellent value for the money. The only issue was the noise from outside, which city centre on a Saturday night, should be expected and nothing the hotel can do about it. The Reception did move us to a quieter room without a problem but was still noisy.

Liked: The price for a city centre hotel on a Saturday night was excellent.
Disliked: Nothing that the hotel had control over.

Easy check in and check out. Lovely contemporary rooms, quiet rooms too - no noise from neighbouring rooms. Stylish bar/breakfast area downstairs; friendly staff.

Fantastic find

Liked: Central location. Lovely staff, chilled out, rooms were clean
Disliked: On second night I spoke to reception/bar staff as someone was leaving used toilet roll on the seat of the toilets in the ladies bar toilets making them smell and unusable to be told the cleaner would sort that in the morning, this was before 10pm so not even late.
