Had everything I required - toiletries, towels and refreshments; very clean; worth more stars than given and reception very friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel for visiting Morningside Arena. The room was clean but basic and excellent value for the money. The only issue was the noise from outside, which city centre on a Saturday night, should be expected and nothing the hotel can do about it. The Reception did move us to a quieter room without a problem but was still noisy.

Liked: The price for a city centre hotel on a Saturday night was excellent.
Disliked: Nothing that the hotel had control over.

Easy check in and check out. Lovely contemporary rooms, quiet rooms too - no noise from neighbouring rooms. Stylish bar/breakfast area downstairs; friendly staff.

Liked: Liked the outside and the inside especially the spiral stair case. Room was nice and cosy Bathroom was nice as well
Disliked: Staff weren’t the nicest. Could’ve been more customer friendly. I work in hospitality myself and it’s not hard to put a facade on even for a few minutes

Unclean laundry and irresponsible staff...

Liked: Location, and comfortable mattress and pillows
Disliked: Laundry was not clean, it was kept folded on a shelf, it was smelly, the one left in the washroom, but the one left in the room was OK, not smelly. Tissues were all used and insufficient I have prebooked the room in may for August to avoid haphazard at the end time, also booked a day ahead to and messaged the hotel through bookings.com stating that I will arrive on next day, & the room is book in advance to avoid waiting time since my flight is of early morning. Inspite of explaining everything in detail. I received a cancellation message from.bookings.com and an email in the morning stating "No Show" reason. I had to explain everything since 0 inthe hotel next dau morning. Simply wasted my money by booking in advance. This was my 4th stay with ramada but,very disappointed, i requested to please lend me a main road facing room for a relaxing stay as I was coming after a long flight but I was provided a noisy room which was felt like knocked each time when others closes or opens their room, also instead of main road facing room I was given back road facing room which I literally hated.Since i couldn't have a peaceful stay or sleep i checked out early morning at 4:30. I was not able to sleep peacefully.I requested reception about can yo airport, she stated she will get back to me and never came bck, I again rang from my room inquiring about the same. She stated that she vl call me back in some time but then she never rang bck hence, I had really hard time in the morning to get a cab booked after check out.
