Ramada Encore Leicester

Had everything I required - toiletries, towels and refreshments; very clean; worth more stars than given and reception very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Nothing.

Excellent hotel for visiting Morningside Arena. The room was clean but basic and excellent value for the money. The only issue was the noise from outside, which city centre on a Saturday night, should be expected and nothing the hotel can do about it. The Reception did move us to a quieter room without a problem but was still noisy.

Liked: The price for a city centre hotel on a Saturday night was excellent.
Disliked: Nothing that the hotel had control over.

Easy check in and check out. Lovely contemporary rooms, quiet rooms too - no noise from neighbouring rooms. Stylish bar/breakfast area downstairs; friendly staff.

Liked: Friendly seam less checkin. Comfortable beds and tidy room. Good location because close to train station and walking distance to main part of town plus Cathedral and historic site near it.
Disliked: Could not close outside window as it appeared to be broken so Saturday night noise was a little annoying.
