Easy check in and check out. Lovely contemporary rooms, quiet rooms too - no noise from neighbouring rooms. Stylish bar/breakfast area downstairs; friendly staff.
Liked: Clean hotel in every area. Spotless rooms.

Disliked: stayed 3 nights and on the second night my room was not cleaned. I informed reception on the morning , as it was late when I finished work and went to my room. They were not very concerned and made no apology.

Liked: a cheaper price
Disliked: It is expensive for the provided facilities, also multiple thing were broken in the room , ( lamp , bathroom door) I had to call them to fix it

Liked: The reception staff were polite.
Disliked: On walking in the room the room for the first time, there was a very strong smell of paint. I immediately went down to reception and reported this. I was told that the room had recently been decorated causing the strong smell but I could not change rooms as the hotel was fully booked that night. I requested a partial refund but was told that this could not be processed as a manager was not on duty. I had to stay in the room with the window open overnight to try and get rid of the smell but this did not work. Overall, my stay was very uncomfortable. On writing to the hotel after my stay, I have eventually received a response 3 weeks after my stay informing me that a partial refund could not be offered. I find this very disappointing as I have spent my hard earned money on a night's stay that was very uncomfortable with absolutely no sign of reimbursement from the hotel. It seems as though they have a very "take your money and run" attitude.
