Disliked: Staff sold my room to someone else, so they came into my room whilst I was in bed! When I questioned the receptionist on the phone, he put the phone down on me. Wasn't impressed!

Comfy, clean, average check in,...

Liked: Comfy Bed. Good black out curtains. By no means perfect but pretty good.
Disliked: The bathroom door didn't shut. Quite a loud deep background noise could be heard in our room. My Sleep app placed it at 31db which (according to the app) stopped around two and three AM. Front desk wasn't staffed and we had to wait a while for someone to come and help us.

Superb

Liked: It was exactly what I wanted from a motorway hotel, good restaurant, helpful staff, short walking distance to rest area shops, fast food. Very good value for money and I hope to stay again.
Disliked: There is no aircon which could be a problem, but I would not pay more for it.

Be aware!!

Liked: Nice clean and friendly people
Disliked: Being charged to park ?? Had 2 vehicles so extra 10 pounds...I find that excessive and bad business
