Disappointing

Liked: The main bedroom was clean with tea and coffee facilities, Bed was comfortable.Shower was good and clean. The toilet was clean but did not flush well. The toilet area looked tired and in my view needed freshened up may be a new cistern may help. Overall this spoiled what could have been a very good experience.Think I may try somewhere else in the future for a stopover when travelling.Staff were great.ThanksJames

Disliked: Lack of greeting on arrival, receptionist did not appear to care about customers.The 'restaurant' is a joke, it is a seating near to the bar, all orders must be paced a the bar. When the bell rings in the kitchen, the person on duty in the bar must collect it than bring it to the table, This process can take several minutes, depending on how many customers are at the bar, so the food is slowly cooling.At breakfast, there is a self service area, but cooked food must be ordered, so one has to find the bar staff to do this. The menu is compiled for young people in a hurry, so there is no encouragement to linger.The room was too warm, the air conditioning did not appear to work.
