Liked: Hotel was fine Staff were kind and helpful
Disliked: the Bed was all metal springs every single one was felt through thr bedHeater in room did not work but we offered a room change that we declinedNo form of heating at all in the bathroom

It was okay in general...

Liked: The breakfast was okay
Disliked: Toilet was trouble some flushing and when bathing water drains slowly in all rooms I used to stay including I was in last week

Liked: Staff were lovely. Breakfast very good
Disliked: Room was very 'tired' . Shower screen filthy.

Liked: Allot of places to eat just outside and close to motorway.
Disliked: It was dirty. Carpet was so bad I did not want to walk barefoot. Tap at handbasin was broken, you had to literally hold the tap with one hand so that it did not pull directly out of the basin and open with the other hand. Believe the reviews about cleanliness. I would rate it a 2.

Disliked: No reply came back from the hotel at all for my enquiries.

Over bleached room

Liked: Location for our journey
Disliked: Room was very overpower smell of bleach, while it was clean and with bleach made it sterile it smell terrible, very very overpowering.Evening food menu and food was ok.Morning breakfast was absolutely terrible, scrambled egg was ok, sausages were overcooked and hard, not as much choice as your rivals we have stayed at and had breakfast.
