Liked: The convenience of location was ok.
Disliked: The pool was broken. The fixtures in the room were rusted and literally "on their last leg". The door to our room looked like it had been kicked in at one point. The dead bolt was non existent. A side building access door did not work.

Terrible, I paid for two...
Liked: The apple juice seemed to be very old. I paid for two nights and decided to leave after my first night. No hot water in the shower, no cups, just not what I expected from a Ramada.

Liked: ..Location ..Cleanness..Breakfast ..Easy registration
Disliked: ..No refrigerator ..Not enough towels. My husband secured more from the front desk

Okay for the price but...
Liked: Check in was easy and quick and the full breakfast was good.
Disliked: From the outside the property looks good but once you step inside you can see that upgrades need to be made especially to the rooms. We had to make three room changes before we found one that was satisfactory for our stay. In our initial room there was a metal rod protruding out from the bed frame.

Liked: The staff members were great!
Disliked: The location, bathroom, items in the room were not as shown in the pictures. The road was bad. Would never stay here again or recommend to anyone who wants comfort or good location.

Disliked: We had to go in a back door instead of a door closer to our room because the other doors didn’t work. When we tried to plug chargers in every outlet sparked. When we came back from eating one of the door keys didn’t work to our room. Went and asked for refund and was told not possible as it was booked through a booking company. We got a different room and we move all of our stuff and go to use the bathroom and the stool is very wobbly, boiled eggs in the fridge and the air conditioner didn’t work. We requested a refund online and it said it had to be approved by hotel. We went and by told them the additional problems and that we were checking out an had requested a refund and they needed to approve it.
