Ramada by Wyndham Tampa Airport Westshore

I would highly recommend the Ramada Inn at the Tampa Airport location. The front desk to the restaurant personnel were very nice. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, no complaints. Would definitely return in the future as the location is perfect if flying out or attending an event in town.

I honestly don't recommend it

Disliked: I was not satisfied at all with the customer service. The receptionist was rude and not helpful. When I asked a question about my reservation with Booking.com she didn't reply with any information, they charged me with deposit and have not been refunded yet. They didn't give me a receipt when I was charged when I checked in, when I checked out I was given a receipt but did not give me my deposit back. The rooms are outdated, the mattresses are old and are so uncomfortable, felted every single wire spring in the bed. I didn't eat their breakfast, I didn't trust it either. The pool water was not cleaned, overall I didn't enjoy my stay overnight, I was dying for it to be over, I checked out very early in the morning because of it, so I don't recommend this to anyone.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I loved the comfort of the beds. The room was very clean.
Disliked: The rooms are a little older and need to be updated but very comfortable. The hotel was quiet and no issues.

Liked: I did like that they had a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. That was a great convenience.
Disliked: The hotel is older and all the furniture was in need of updating. The bed was lumpy and not very comfortable. The light on the desk didn't work and the outlets at the bedside on one side also did not work. I was disappointed that the accommodations were not as expected but since I was only there for one night, I took that into consideration and didn't make a fuss. The breakfast was adequate but no big feast, just a few basics that you can make due with until lunch. All in all, I would give it a 2.5 stars.
