Liked: I like the location, my family enjoyed the pool.
Disliked: I don’t like to complain, however when I’m paying to stay the night I do expect it to be clean, it wasn’t. I found a head band on the floor, there were stains on the walls, spiderwebs also. The skirt on one of the beds was ripped, and the showerhead was not secured properly against the wall. I went to the front desk to complain, and I was told there was nothing they could do about that. I asked to speak to a manager and a manager was not available and would be back on Monday after I checked out. During my stay the cleaning lady skipped my room, I took out my own trash, I had to ask the front desk for towels, there wasn’t enough in the first place for four people. The cleaning lady wouldn’t give my any. No hospitality from her whatsoever, I stayed two nights, I just expected my room to be cleaned properly before I check in because then it makes me feel that it wasn’t cleaned properly when I find someone else’s things in my room. I took pictures of everything upon arrival. It’s a great location, I just feel for the money I spend I expect the room to be clean, good service.

Disliked: the bathroom i didn't like it at all, there were ants all over in the bathroom and moreover there was no housekeeping for everyday cleaning in the room and weird answer by staff came out that we do have the housekeeping once or twice a week only not daily. what kind of hotel industry is this i stayed their for 2 nights and not cleaning no bedsheet change no towels change no trash change no bathroom cleaning i never heard this kind of service in the hotel industry.

Liked: Fantastic switched from one to another good price though lower then initial said and switched and also love the breakfast comfortable bed lobby and courtyard nearness to parish and mall etc saving me on transportation spacy room etc
Disliked: Only issue was a maintenance lady wandering in on me without permission once but she was spoken to by. Staff about this though a bit of difficulty communication room cleaning times did appreciate the little discount at the end I was given for inconvenience by staff after my stay but yes everything else was fantastic
