Disappointing

Liked: The mexican restaurant next door, close to the Westfield Shopping centre. Big rooms, good staff.
Disliked: Old hotel, more like a motel with a hospital feeling, outdated facilities, terrible bathroom renovation, old carpets and furniture, close to freeway, lots of noise and very not close to any amenities.Good if you only need a night stay if you're passing thru or need a casual rendezvous. Wouldn't recommend.

Great price but old building...

Liked: Limited Breakfast choices, Elevator one not working at all, the other broken and always take you to top floor and stock there for a while before moving back, desk person never welcome us or explain breakfast or any service available, rooms are clean
Disliked: Elevators, one at least must be in good condition, very old windows doesn't eliminate road noise, front desk just give you keys and let you go, never explain services, Breakfast, Parking or any available service in the facility?

Bad

Liked: Stay at this hotel a lot when I come to New Jersey so it's convenient
Disliked: The fact that I was woken up at 7:30am from a smoke alarm that stayed on for over 20 minutes. Then when I called staff never said sorry for the inconvenience or anything all he said was you can stay in your room. Very inconsiderate and another issue was that the phone didn't work had to call downstairs off of my cell phone.
