Disliked: Beds were uncomfortable, poolFacilities closed for Reno’s not advertised until after booking confirmation and non refundable. One of highlights why property was selected for kids.

Liked: Easy walk from trainstation and the bus line had a stop next to the hotel.We like that our room was in top floor (even if we had to pay extra for early arrival. The hotel was fully booked)
Disliked: The breakfast was quite simple with recyckled paper plates and plastic knives and forks.

Broken spa tub; unfriendly staff...

Disliked: Everything! Broken spa tub leaked everywhere so we requested new towels as we had to use ours to mop up the mess. Was put on hold and finally I had to hang up. Someone eventually came to the room with towels, scowling as we explained why we needed them. We expressed that, since it was only one night and maintenance wasn't available to fix it, to please not bother us until we have checked out. Put the do not disturb sign on the door. Next morning - knock on the door from maintenance, and we informed them to leave us alone. Minutes later, maintenance again - our same reply. Then an hour or so later the phone rings - front desk asking us to let maintenance in. Seriously? What a sad joke this place is. Stay away.
