Ramada Hotel & Conference Center by Wyndham Las Cruces

I love this hotel ,...

Liked: I love the originality of the building, especially the clerk’s desk and the automatic doors as you walk in. It’s very welcoming.
Disliked: The carpet in the hall way, and they breakfast is really simple for the hotel having a restaurant. Some eggs and potatoes would be good or biscuits and gravy.

Not a very good experience...

Liked: Upon arrival, we liked the interior of the hotel, However, there were several concerning issues that arose.Firstly, (the pool is indoor just a heads up), also the elevator was malfunctioning, necessitating the arduous task of transporting our luggage up the stairs.Secondly, the ice maker was inoperable, as our room was situated on the opposite side of the building from essential amenities.Despite the oppressive heat of over 90 degrees outside, we attempted to cool our room by adjusting the thermostat to approximately 68 degrees Fahrenheit. Unfortunately, this effort was futile, as the bathroom was subsequently flooded with water.We were informed later that the minimum recommended temperature for the room was 68 degrees Fahrenheit, but this was not explicitly stated in the room’s amenities or signage.These circumstances compelled us to leave the hotel and seek alternative accommodations, which added to the inconvenience.On the positive side, the front desk staff was exceptionally courteous during our check-in. However, the manager’s behavior was unprofessional and confrontational regarding an issue that was beyond our control.In light of these experiences, we strongly recommend considering alternative accommodations to ensure a comfortable and satisfactory stay.

Liked: Looks are deceiving! When you step into this Ramada Inn, you step into a beautiful hacienda! The decor is fabulous and the management and attendants were courteous and friendly!
