Room was very clean and cool; very spacious. Not noisy at all.

Liked: Very clean and staff was very courteous and helpful at all times.
Disliked: Nothing.

Enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay again. Staff is friendly and professional. Rates are reasonable. Only wished that there were arrangements with the parking garage for discount.

Our stay at the Ramada...

Liked: The staff were nice and welcoming, they answered all my questions. The beds were comfortable. Distance to the PATH train was convenient, decent selection for breakfast items. They held our luggage after check out for some hours, the shuttle service is very convenient.
Disliked: The bathrooms are tiny, and need a larger vanity area. One of our bathrooms leaked. The walls are very thin, we could hear everything, even the children playing in the apartments next door. There isn't central heating/air, just window units so you can hear the outside noise through gaps in the windows. It isn't easy finding parking in the area, and the hotel is not in the best neighborhood.

Disliked: It's not a safe place and there's no honesty by the manager, there's no safe in the room to put your personal stuff in and when i went out from the hotel and left my bank card in the room I suddenly found messages got sent to my phone from the bank that someone is using my card and probably that was someone from the housekeepers and when i reported instantly to the hotel they told my that i gotta wait for 2 days until the manager comes and I didn't get any reasonable response

Liked: arrived at the hotel at 2:30 PM, but the staff refused to check me in before 3:00 PM. I had to leave my luggage and go out for an appointment, assuming the room would be ready upon my return. When I came back later, they still hadn’t checked me in — and to make it worse, I was charged for the first night even though no room was provided at that time. I ended up paying again due to the receptionist’s negligence and lack of professionalism. Until now, I haven’t received a refund for the extra charge, even though I checked out without causing any damage to the room.As for the room itself, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had:•The furniture was extremely old and worn out.•Cleanliness was poor.•The AC was a noisy window unit sticking out to the emergency exit staircase.•Overall, the place was not up to acceptable standards at all.I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a terrible experience from check-in to check-out.
