Room was very clean and cool; very spacious. Not noisy at all.

Liked: Very clean and staff was very courteous and helpful at all times.
Disliked: Nothing.

Enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay again. Staff is friendly and professional. Rates are reasonable. Only wished that there were arrangements with the parking garage for discount.

Disliked: No onsite parking.

Convenient but a bit noisy...

Liked: Good location, easy to get to the OneWTC or to the EmpireSB (33rd Street) by the PATH train from Journal Square. Our room was very convenient for our Family wit two separate rooms in one. The double beds are comfortable, though the smaller one is not enough for two older kids. Plenty of space to pack your clothes. Small kitchenette but without a tap. The staff is kind and helpful. Clean.
Disliked: The neighborhood is very noisy: planes, trains, cars. But if you are tired at the end of the day it will not be a problem to sleep. The breakfast is the same every day. Good point that it exists, but it is rather basic. The elevator is slow, and during breakfast time you have to wait long minutes to go down or up.

Liked: The room was nice, and the free breakfast was great for me and the kiddo.
Disliked: The lack of on-site parking was inconvenient, but not horrible.

For the economic traveler! Value...

Liked: The hotel + hotel rooms are all very clean!, cleaning personal came in daily which is nice! Also, within 20min you can be at the WTC in manhatten! Perfect option for the economic traveler! Would go again. Very good value for the money.
Disliked: Breakfast. The eggs and sausages are as dry as a brick. Adding a bit of oil / cooking them in a steamer will make them 6x better. Only thing i realy enjoyed is the toast you can make with jelly. The hotel and rooms are outdated but everything works and is clean. Also the location late at night is not the nicest neighbourhood.
