Very good

Disliked: The restaurant was closed in the evening so we had to drive to another restaurant. The bathroom fan didn’t work.

It was pleasant

Liked: I liked the free breakfast. The bed was really nice and the room stayed nice and cool.
Disliked: There was no bottled water in the vending machine or at the front desk to buy. And I thought best western always had swimming pools.

Overall very clean & great...

Liked: Very clean and great staff. Good ammenities in room - especially the tea Kpods! Honored my request to be a short walk from parking as I have a disability. Unfortunately, that put us right next to a stairwell & right off the lobby. Noise wasn't awful but we did hear tromping on the stairs and voices in the hall in the morning as everyone walked by to check out. However, I don't fault them as I never asked for a quiet room! My only negative was we had to walk clear to the other end of the building to get to their designated dog walk area. The building is surrounded by concrete with only a tiny patch of grass at the back. Kinda defeated my "near a door so I don't have to walk so far." (They knew I was bringing a dog.) Overall, great and very clean place. Right next to Benefis Specialty Clinic and near multiple fast food options. We got free breakfast coupons but didn't use them as I had an early appointment.
